How long does it take to set up a castle?

It takes approx 25 mins to setup a castle depending on the access.

How long does it take to dismantle a castle?

It takes approx 25 mins to dismantle a nd pack up a castle.

What if there are steps leading up or down to the area?

If there are more than 5 steps leading up to the assembly area, we will require assistance to amnouver the castles as each castle weighs between 80kg - 100kg each.

 Are you covered for public liability?

Yes, we have a $10 milliion public liability policy.

How is payment made and when?

We accept Cheques or direct deposit received 7 days prior to delivery date or cash on delivery. We do not accept personal cheques on the day.

What happens if it rains?

All our castles have UV and Rain protection. We hire castles in light rain but reserve the right to cancel if we feel the weather conditions are too severe.

Bookings can be canceled on the day of hire by the client if they feel the weather is not suitable. No cancellation fee will be charged.

Can castles be hired in a public park?

Yes they can. Public parks require approval from the local ranger. Park hire requires the additional hire of a generator unless power can be provided. We can assist in seeking permission for park hire.

Can castles be hired indoors?

Yes, we can inflate castles indoors provided there is sufficient height clearance.

Can castles be hired on concrete?

Yes they can. We provide ground cover and safety mats for hard surfaces.
